Using the site

The site describes our services and lets you contact us. You may not copy the design, the logo or the text for your own commercial use without permission. You may link to any page.

The free audit

The audit is provided free of charge and in good faith, based on public information about your business at the time it is written. It is an opinion about what is likely to help, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or sales. You keep it whether or not you commission any work.

Project work

Every project is governed by a written scope that lists what is included, the fixed price, the payment schedule and the launch date. Hosting, domains and third-party accounts are set up in the client's name and remain the client's property. Monthly retainers can be stopped by either side with notice as set out in the scope.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is free of errors, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
