Privacy policy

This policy covers https://r97media.com (the "site"), operated by R97 Media ("R97 Media", "we"). It applies to visitors of the site and to people who contact us through it. Last updated 14 September 2026.

What we collect

When you fill in the audit or project form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, website, Instagram handle, WhatsApp number and your message. The forms open WhatsApp or email on your device with that information pre-filled; nothing is stored on this site until you choose to send it.

The site uses no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts, the stylesheet and the script are all served from this site.

Why we collect it

To prepare the audit you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, and to run any project you commission. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Where it lives

Your messages live in our WhatsApp and email accounts and, once a project starts, in the tools we use to run it (for example Google Workspace and Google Cloud). We keep enquiry details for as long as the enquiry or project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to r97media@gmail.com and we will do it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies. A single browser-session flag remembers that you have seen the opening animation; it is not sent anywhere and disappears when you close the tab.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
