Process

Audit first. Then build. Then keep it busy.

The same five steps on every project, so you always know what happens next and what it costs. Most of the risk in a website project is not knowing; this removes it.

  1. 01

    Audit

You send your business name, website and Instagram. We check where you rank for the searches that matter, your Google Business Profile position by position, speed and mobile, how AI assistants describe you, and the path from social to site. You get a report ranked by what it is costing you.

You getA written audit, free, yours to keep
  2. 02

    Scope

A fixed price, an itemised list of exactly what you get, and a launch date. If part of the work is not worth doing yet, the scope says so. No hourly billing, no surprises later.

You getA price and a date, in writing
  3. 03

    Build

You see the work every week on a link you can open on your phone. Design first, then build, then content. Feedback goes in as it comes; nothing waits for a big reveal.

You getA live link, updated weekly
  4. 04

    Launch

Hosting and domain in your name, Google Business Profile aligned, analytics live, training done. Fifteen days of fixes after launch are inside the build price.

You getEverything in your name, plus training
  5. 05

    Keep it busy

Optional monthly care, social and ads. Every retainer comes with a live tracker and a weekly note in plain language, and you can stop any month.

You getA weekly note and a tracker you can open

What a scope looks like

Every line of work with a price beside it, a launch date, and what is deliberately left out. You sign this, not a proposal deck. Page one of a typical one, with the prices left off here because yours will be different.

  2. Search and AI foundationsTitles, structured data, speed budget, and how assistants describe you.
  3. Google Business ProfileRebuilt alongside the site so the two agree.
  4. WhatsApp and call flowsEvery page ends in one clear next step.
  5. Hosting and domain, your nameSet up in your accounts. Backups on.
  6. Deliberately left outAn app, for now. Revisit after six months of numbers.
