We build the website. Then the reasons people visit it.

R97 Media designs and builds websites and mobile apps for businesses that sell to real people, then runs the social and ads that keep them busy.

Range

Any kind of website. The same rigour underneath.

A venue, a D2C drop, a clinic, a startup, a restaurant. The look changes completely; the speed, the structure and the search foundations do not. Watch it change, or pick one.

Inside the builds

Everything a business website or app might need. Built in, not bolted on.

The parts a template cannot give you and a page builder charges extra for. Each one scoped only when your business needs it.

  • Booking calendars
  • Online ordering
  • Payments
  • Shipping and tracking
  • WhatsApp flows
  • Google Business Profile
  • Menus that update themselves
  • Admin panels
  • Customer accounts
  • Loyalty and reorders
  • Push notifications
  • Multi-language pages
  • Search foundations
  • Structured data
  • Speed budgets
  • Analytics that mean something
  • Landing pages per campaign
  • App store listings
  • Reels and creatives
  • Posting calendars
  • Meta and Google ads
  • Hosting in your name
  • Backups
  • Training

None of these is a plugin. They are built for your business, in your name, and handed over with the rest.

The way it runs

Audit first. Then build. Then keep it busy.

Every project runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what it costs. It starts with a free written audit of your business online, ranked by what is costing you customers. Then a fixed, itemised price with a launch date. Then a build you watch on a link on your phone every week.

At launch, hosting and domain go into your name. After that, if you want it, a monthly note with the numbers and the freedom to stop any month.

What we believe

Small on purpose. Built for the busy day.

Most small businesses are told a custom website is out of reach, so they get a template that looks like everyone else and a retainer they cannot leave. We think the opposite should be normal: one team from start to finish, sites that hold up when a reel goes viral, and everything owned by you.

So we say the true thing early. If you do not need an app yet, the audit says so. If your current site can be fixed instead of rebuilt, the audit says that too.

Things we do not do

Reports written in adjectives

Your first step

Start with the audit. It is free, and it is yours to keep.

Send us your business name and website. You get back a report ranked by what is costing you customers, whether or not we work together.

Before you call

The things people ask

Q1

How long does a website take?

Most business websites go live within a few weeks; ecommerce takes longer. You get a fixed launch date in the scope, and you see the work every week while it is being built.

Q2

Who owns the website, the hosting and the domain?

You do, from day one. Hosting and domain are set up in your name and we never resell them. If we part ways, everything stays with you.

Q3

Do I need an app, or is a website enough?

Most businesses need the website first. An app earns its place when customers come back every week and want to be a tap away. The audit will say which one you need, even if the answer is "not yet".

Q4

What does the free audit include?

Where you rank for the searches that matter, your Google Business Profile position by position, speed and mobile, how AI assistants describe you, and the path from social to your site. Every finding is tied to what it is costing you, ranked by impact. Yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

Q5

Is there a monthly fee?

Only if you want one. The build is a fixed price. Monthly care, social and ads are optional retainers that start after handover, and you can stop them any month.

Q6

Do you work with businesses outside your own city?

Yes. The work is remote-first: the audit, the build and the campaigns run over WhatsApp, calls and a link you can open on your phone. We take projects from anywhere.

Colophon

This site is hand-coded. No framework, no page builder, no advertising cookies, no trackers. Fonts, stylesheet and script are served from here, not from anyone else's servers, and the stylesheet and script that run all thirteen pages weigh about 44 KB compressed. That is less than one stock photo. It was built the way we build yours: audit, scope, build, launch, everything in the owner's name.
